Consult Workflow:

1. Vet fills out Free Registration Form (if not yet registered to VOCN platform)

2. Vet team fills out Patient Consult Submission Form (below)

3. VOCN sets up the Patient Channel and Vet invited to the channel

4. Vet hospital upload patient records, labs, reports, imaging, pics, videos, etc

5. Specialist invited to channel to review medical information and share expertise
